Authorised Nominating Authorities
If you need to apply for adjudication under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2009, you should contact an Authorised Nominating Authority. The Authorised Nominating Authority will take your application for adjudication and refer your application to an adjudicator. Fees are payable to the Authorised Nominating Authority and the Adjudicator for this service.
