An information session will be held tonight to assist anyone seeking to take advantage of the Government’s new Small Venues liquor license.

Minister for Business Services and Consumers John Rau said the free session is a chance to ask questions directly of planning and liquor licensing officials.

“There has already been considerable interest in the Small Venues liquor license since it came into effect last month,” Mr Rau said.

“The session tonight is a chance for anyone who is thinking of obtaining a Small Venue license to learn more about what is involved.

“This is about supporting small businesses to thrive through reducing red tape.

“Importantly, it is also about creating a more vibrant city – one that is a more interesting place to live, work in, and visit.”

The Small Venues License information session will be held tonight at Clever Little Tailor, Peel Street Adelaide from 6pm.
