A 35 year old Salisbury Downs man is due in court next month accused of breaching South Australia’s Second-hand Vehicle Dealers Act 1995.

It’s alleged that between 26 May 2015 and 26 May 2016 the man sold six cars and offered a seventh for sale.

Under the Act, it’s illegal to buy, sell or offer to sell more than four cars within a 12 month period.

The man is due to appear in court on July 4.
