A 42-year-old Salisbury North man is due to appear in court later this month accused of breaching the Second-hand Vehicle Dealers Act 1995.
The Commissioner for Consumer Affairs will allege that, between 15 May 2015 and 21 April 2016, the man sold seven cars for a total of $4950.
Under the Second-hand Vehicle Dealers Act, it is illegal to buy or sell more than four second-hand vehicles within a 12-month period.
The man is due to appear in court on June 13.
