Applications that are required to be advertised can be viewed on the Application Notice Board. Applications are listed by determination date.
More information about each licence class, and what is authorised under each licence class, can be found on SA.GOV.AU. If you have any further questions on the trade that would be authorised on the grant of a licence, you can also contact us directly at liquorandgaming@sa.gov.au.
If you want to lodge a submission regarding a liquor or gaming application, find the relevant application on the notice board, then press 'View details' and 'Make a submission'. Information about when you can make a submission can be found on SA.GOV.AU.
If you lodge a submission a copy will automatically be sent to the applicant.
NOTE: If you wish to inspect an advertised application, please book an inspection appointment at the office of the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner, 95 Grenfell Street, Adelaide. Please ensure your appointment is made in line with the time frames stated on the Notice of Application.
