Mr Danish Sharief acknowledged that he carried on the business of a second-hand vehicle dealer, whilst not being licensed. Mr Sharief has entered into an Assurance with the Commissioner to not carry on business until licensed to do so.

Shannon Bynoe Reed has acknowledged that he breached section 7(1) of the Second Hand Vehicle Dealers Act 1995 by carrying on business as a second-hand vehicle dealer without a licence. Mr Reed has entered into an assurance with the Commissioner that states he acknowledges the breaches.
