Shannon Bynoe Reed has acknowledged that he breached section 7(1) of the Second Hand Vehicle Dealers Act 1995 by carrying on business as a second-hand vehicle dealer without a licence. Mr Reed has entered into an assurance with the Commissioner that states he acknowledges the breaches.

Elders Rural Services Australia Limited provides an Assurance to the Commissioner that they will comply with all its obligations under Section 24G of the Land and Business (Sales and Conveyancing) Act 1994.
